Design Policy

• It is the responsibility of the client to carefully review and confirm the accuracy of the design before production begins.
• If the client confirms the design but mistakes are later discovered during production, the client will be responsible for the cost of remaking the shirts.
• If the client chooses not to use shirts that were confirmed as correct but are later discovered to have mistakes, "The Pirate Way" reserves the right to sell them as they see fit.
• If "The Pirate Way" makes any mistakes on the given design, it is the responsibility of the client to inform us of the errors before production begins. If the final product delivered is different from the approved design, "The Pirate Way" will cover the cost of remaking the shirts.

By using the services provided by The Pirate Way, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Pirate Way provides a variety of services, including (but not limited to) design and development work.
2. It is the responsibility of the user to understand the services that The Pirate Way offers and to only request services that fall within our capabilities.
3. If a user submits a request for services that are outside of our capabilities, we reserve the right to charge for the time spent reviewing and responding to the request. This charge will be based on our hourly design rate.
4. If the user fails to pay for the time spent reviewing and responding to the request, we reserve the right to publicly post the request as a warning to other users.
5. The Pirate Way reserves the right to modify or terminate any of the services provided at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
6. The user agrees to indemnify and hold The Pirate Way and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the user's use of the services, the user's violation of these terms and conditions, or the user's violation of any rights of another.
7. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between The Pirate Way and the user, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
8. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Bali, and any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be brought in the courts located in Indonesia, Bali.

By using the services provided by The Pirate Way, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
